Cashback idea for iPhone...would this work?
If you were to take out a good cash back deal on an o2 contact with someone such as e-2save at £45 per month, could you then ring up o2 after a short period ask to be moved over to the £45 iphone contract and continue sending off cash-back claims to e-2save as the monthly bill is the same?
The monthly bill will be the same, however the minutes and texts will be different.

The simple answer is no.
As you would have to take out a new contract to get an iphone.0 -
how would e2save tell?0

You'd have to take out a new contract. As in you would have two contracts.
I believe you cannot upgrade to an iPhone from a non-iPhone contract unless you are in the last few months of the contract.*I reserve the right to have an opinion, the right to change this opinion and the right to be wrong.*Hope that helps. That and the iPhone requires a special iPhone tariff which is not the same as the standard O2 (Retail) tariff which e2save would put you on. Since this is a violation of your T&C they would decline cashback payments.0
