Zuji. That was for about an hour yesterday. As I sat there trying to think of a way to get out of the Orbitz bookings, Zuji put up the price.
I don't know how much it matters whom you book with. A few years ago I booked a flight out of Toronto through Cheaptickets.com. The flight was 'delayed' by 3 days just before the airline went bust. Cheaptickets promised to refund the money. They never did. In retrospect, I should've claimed it back from my credit card company, but it didn't occur to me because Cheaptickets said it wouldn't be a problem. Afterwards it was too late. Live and learn...0 -
Well true. Paying by credit card is the way to go. Section 75 will cover anyone who buys and the company goes busts, which it probably wont do anyway.
There making some serious dosh with all these bookings. I had never even heard of these sites.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
call your credit card company, tell them that you want to leave, 99% of the time theyll lower your APR%

Hi Guys
I called NWA and they said my booking is on their system but it says "awaiting payment" and they dont know why jetabroad hasnt taken the payment! i sent an email to jetabroad telling them what nwa had told me, jetabroad replied with "As adviced in the previous email, we are in the process of checking with Northwest Airlines on how they wish to proceed with these bookings. The Northwest Airline in Australia is awaiting response from their head office, hence, we have placed your booking on hold".. anyone heard anything different?

help!!
Does anybody have any idea why just 1 person from my booking has their flight not "confirmed" on the return leg from LA?
We have London to Minneapolis, Minneapolis to LA, and LA to London all CONFIRMED for person 1
And person 2 has London to Minneapolis, Minneapolis to LA CONFIRMED but nothing next to LA to London??
help!!
this is on the air france website btw!0 -
December flights from LHR to LAX on Orbitz for £170 (KLM/Air France). That's still a very good price.
Are sites honouring these bookings? I'm not going to bother if they're not, but if they are, I'm booking my flights tomorrow!0 -

I booked with Orbitz to fly to New York over Christmas for around £200. Flights have been confirmed with both KLM and AirFrance. Having said this, none of us is 100% sure what will happen closer to the date. It seems fine, but don't book any associated travel just yet.0 -
I will be flying from MAN-JFK in November on NWA....
I just did a search on Orbitz.com for some friends and found the exact same time flights but with KLM...???
Are they the same plane?0 -

Yes they probably are. KLM & NW more often than not codeshare.
Hope the plane is a KLM one as they are newer than NW ones.0 -
anyone else had the money go from there accounts twice for the payment0

There were some people that were flying very soon, like tomorrow or a few days back who said that they will see how they get on and let us know. They are half way through their hols but if it was really that they were charged a tax surcharge, they would have let us all know by now, especially if their angry. I guess its going to be fine but it seems the few that booked via jetabroad are the ones that are having problems.
Mine were with zuji, I would suggest book with orbitz as those flights are a little more expensive and seem less problematic.Save saynoto0870.com in your favorites, and stop giving companies more £££ dialling 0870 numbers when you can dial freephones or cheaper alternatives
