Per second call charges

Hi,

I was wondering which companies charge per second on contracts including the sim the only ones. I was on three but left due them rouding my calls to1 minute for calls under a minute. Are three the only company to do this presently?

T-mobile have changed theirs to min 1 minute aswell

O2 are still per second (as of last week when I last looked).

Orange do per second billing.

(and have a network performance promise thrown into the bargain too, where 'lost mins' due to disconnected calls are credited back the next month!)
