What is the best way to make a complaint? I have tried to speak to customer services but haven't got anywhere.
Also, can I raise a dispute through my credit card company until the dispute is settled?
Thanks

about £15.
Lots of things - incorrect items delivered, a couple of missing items, being charged a lot more than I should have been (BOGOFs etc. that were shown online weren't on according to customer services), the list goes on.0 -
..and their response was?0

Incorrect items (you get to keep the items without being charged),items missing is just par for the course. They can't charge you for those.
Don't the bogofs show on the original bill from their site?
Some people say cc companies won't do a chageback for less than £100.0 -
They told me that I was mistaken about the BOGOFs and multibuys - I am 99.9% sure I wasn't.
Having Bulmer's Pear cider delivered which was £6.98 more expensive than the original (doesn't even taste the same) and this wasn't pointed out at the time.
8 items were out of stock.
The missing items came to £2.35.
And they didn't even bring me a receipt so I could check my spend - the tills were not working properly apparently.0 -
the sainsburys site doesn't update with your actual spend after the transaction, unlike other online shops. When I asked customer services my spend, he couldn't tell me and could only quote the predicted spend, which turned out to be £14 under what I was charged.0

As regards the cider, surely you must have agreed to accept substitutes then?
They aren't disputing the missing items?
I don't think it's fair you have no receipt.0 -
This was my first delivery, the driver said that there were no substitutes for the items out of stock, pointing to the top of the sheet with a list of 8 items not available. The cider wasn't listed there and I wasn't made aware by the driver that that had been substituted, it wasn't until later I unpacked the bulmers and thought 'ooo look nice green bottle tops!'
So I looked at the sheet and I saw bulmers at the bottom. That bit wasn't pointed out, and for some odd reason this item was tucked away at the bottom in tiny writing. I was so annoyed.0
