isn't there a cup of everything mix that is meant to be foolproof.....
cup of flour, cup of water, cup of eggs (how many eggs in a cup?)
I think it was Brian Turner......

    I only have two eggs.

I have found a recipe that I havent used before

    4 oz plain flour
    half pint milk
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
Oil for the tin (I will be using silicone muffin trays so do I still need oil)?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

No raw egg Luc so I will give you an extra scoop as you are eating for two.
    Thank you :j
Yorkshire puds were a disaster tho:o anyone got a fool proof recipe for yorkie puds?????
let my Mum make them:rotfl: Failing that - Aunt bessie:o Actually I have made them a couple of times and they were fab. I think I used a Gary Rhodes recipe... I have bursts of domestic godessness - my homemade lemonade and the raspberry cordial went down a treat at the weekend;)

the trick with Yorkshire puds is use a metal tin and the oil/dripping etc has to be MEGA hot when the mix goes in.

NO! Don't do it. Step away from the silicone!!! :rotfl:

METAL tray and extremely hot oil (I put the oil in the tray in the oven as I switch it on or about 40 minutes before I need it if something else is in there)
