    Afternoon everyone:hello:

I had my appointment with my community midwife this morning and for now we've decided to settle on 21at April 2009 as my EDD until I'm scanned; she's referred me to the recurrent miscarriage clinic and the fetomaternal medicine unit and has submitted a request for gestational diabetes screening. Good news is my boss will be my consultant.

The plasterers are coming next week to do the spare bedroom so Wayne and I will clear it out at the weekend. I'm not sure where the computer will be going though - there's no room in the bedroom and in the attic there aren't any telephone sockets so I may end up being... offline:eek:

It's a good excuse to throw out the junk though the bin men certainly won't be happy with us.

Hope everyone's having fun. Toto - keep your feet up hun. Luc - You relax as well. MrsMarky74 & Marky74 I hope the scan goes well.

As long as none of you are Aldi Shop snobbs then help yourself:D No raw egg Luc so I will give you an extra scoop as you are eating for two.

My plan of hiding it right at the back of the freezer is working so far, I am just getting a bit sick of having to eat it in the cupboard under the stairs:rotfl:

I have cooked loads of things in it Maz!!

    Roast chicken, pots and veggies.

    Pizza, cakes, sausage rolls, curry.

I have got a honey roast pork joint in it at the moment with roast potatoes around it and will pop some carrots in soon.

Yorkshire puds were a disaster tho:o anyone got a fool proof recipe for yorkie puds?????

i find opening a packet works every time.... aunt bessies in this house! or cheaper but same alternative......

i'm not a very good from scratch cook.......

my idea of baking fairy cakes with erin is opening a packet of victoria sponge mix.... with icing sugar and sprinkles from store cupboard.

more mse than fairy cake mixes which i used to buy.

that's my idea of old school! having my own icing sugar!

cup of flour, cup of water, cup of eggs (how many eggs in a cup?)

I am a really pants cook Maz. Its only recently I have turned into Fanny Cradock :D Although OH is wondering why I am wearing blue eye shadow to cook in:rotfl:

I have tried to cook yorkshire puddings a million times and each time they are either burned on the outside and raw in the middle or cooked right through but as flat as farts:o

One day I will get it right.
