    Your post gave the impression that they have the same policy.

    Back to the original point, if you owe the money then you'll have to pay it. What i'd advise is to discuss a sensible payment plan with them in order to get the money back.

    I did not give such an impression i simply said hat the companies i worked for had the same policy? and BT maybe have the same there is no harm in her mentioning that they are also at fault for not picking up on her billing issue.

    where as in their view they will or could say that she had not contacted them to say that she had not received any bills.

    Ill keep my Mouth shut in future then shall i? :eek:

  • !!!!!! maybe i mistyped my post Jeez what i should of said to prevent the twit nit picking was they usually WONT charge you more than 6 months worth if they are also at fault for not sending out bills or taking the money out by DD. Sheesh

  • buttercup..thank you,its worth a shot!!!!they have passed me from pillar to post today,tried getting away with saying supervisor on break blah blah..good thing im patient and wont let them get off the phone.
    i am willing to pay the money but think its only fair after their !!!! up they should give me a bit of a reduction.
    they have also stopped my outgoing calls today saying i havent paid the bill when i have agreed to pay £100 a month and they havent sent the payment slips out:mad:
