Which O2 PAYG tariff?
A friend of mine who has an O2 payg sim which came with a shop bought phone about 4 years ago. I advised her to switch to the Text Anytime tariff so she would get the 300 free texts a month. She did this by calling 2425 on the handset and then topped up the following day. Her balance is now just under £20.
I tried dialing 4444 on the handset today to check her balance but there was no mention of the free texts. Does she need to wait longer or has something gone wrong?
Is there any way of telling which tariff you are on?

Wait longer. I found it could take up to three days for things to become enabled and longer for the confirmation message to arrive.*I reserve the right to have an opinion, the right to change this opinion and the right to be wrong.*Hope that helps.
