    The best way to test the water if you consider an opinion 'inappropriate' is to note the inappropriateness immediatiely below (with reasons) and then allow the forum's contributors to added further comments in response to that. That, in a nutshell is exactly what has started to happen in this thread - except for the fact that without links or quotes it is difficult for other contributors to form an opinion on a complained-about poster...

    (Jusy how 'inappropriate' did you consider the offending remarks? Worth excising?)
