orange unlimted browsing on contract, but fair usage at 250mb!

This looks like a very useful piece of software to make sure you do not exceed a 250Mb cap on data;

I know its a long shot, but instead of moaning about the data charges, lets see if we can do something about them. Please sign and circulate this petiton link to any i.t./technology/mobile website you can think of.
