polkadot - can't you just email back and ask what colours they come in as you can't remember.

Toots - my house is getting me down too - I haven't stopped all day and I've only got two rooms tidy! Hugs!

DH has arrived home now so I'm off.

Valli so are you saying the fact that it was negative doesnt mean Im not pregnant? Im confused. whilst doing the shopping list Ive been wracking my brain trying to work out why else I could be so late?
You still could be...what I am saying is, if you get a positive you are...
If it's only early days there might not be enough hormone to show...in the 'olden' days you had to test your 'first' of the day. But it could be stress...you could give it another week. Trouble is - if you're anything like me you would want to know...now!
Yes - a negative result might well mean you are pregnant - but that it's too soon to tell yet.

I'm back..a little later than planned but I've just cleared out my cleaning cupboard properly  I thought I had stuff under there but I don't, and found stuff I don't remember buying :o Dragged it all out, put it on some shelves in the kitchen so I can see what's what and use stuff up. The only things that have gone back under the sink are laundry / garden related and the packet of kitchen towel everything else is on the shelves...now I may be more inclined to clean the brass and windows :rotfl:

Oh and I've put tea on ;)

So since I only worked on the kitchen that bit of the list now looks like this:

    Wednesday Washdown- Kitchen
    Level One
    [strike]Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces[/strike]
    Level Two

    Sweep and mop floors
    [strike]Clean oven and hob[/strike]
    Level Three

[strike]Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc [/strike][strike]Wipe all the windows in these areas!! [/strike][strike]Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..[/strike][strike]Wipe out a dirty cupboard... get rid of everything you no longer need and make it all pretty and tidy!
    [/strike]Extra Mission : help yourself
    1. clean any spillages in the fridge
[strike]Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!

    [/strike]
    1. Empty the bin.. wash it out.. and make it smell SWEET
DD is currently singing Bon Jovi songs loudly except all she can sing is the "oooooohhhh " bits :rotfl::rotfl:

Right, next job - phone my mum! ;)

Thanks dustykitten, denisefowler and greenbee for your words of wisdom and support. It has really got to me this week - I think my 2 days away have taken its toll. I am tired (i was nodding off at my computer class this morning!) I know I shouldnt try to do too much but want to feel 'normal' and try to do what i can.
Anyway I have made new lists as you suggested and now I have 5 things on my urgent&important list (3 from the original and 2 I had forgotten) - there's quite a few on the non-urgent& imp list and a lot on the not urgent/not important list!!! Thanks for that help it has put things into perspective a wee bit!
Regarding the ironing greenbee I have already takenout the non iron stuff and its still a mountain but I am going to TRY to not stress about it for now.

Since I last posted I have cleaned the main work surface, the hob and splashback and the cupboard fronts and the small appliances so the kitchen looks ok - but i am now going to make tea so it wont last long!!!

I will come back later as I need to ask help with my urgent bits.
    toots xx
    Peace will be mine

I've cleaned half the floor - deep cleaned and resealed it.

Deleted more emails today and updated another survey site.

Fish and chips cooking so one last bit of sealing and then dinner - I've tried not to snack today as I've put on a couple of pounds but I'm hungry now.

Polkadot – I am merely going to say that THIS is the friendliest, most supportive thread (g*d help us if ever Studentphil drops in!):p

Toots :A– so many people have said sensible things (thanks Denisefowler) can I add my two pennorth? Put yourself first – IYSWIM – what YOU need comes before others needs. (I loved the typo BTW – Deniseflower – I’d be tempted to change to that! That’s how I think of you, now!) Well, you’ve posted since and sound more optimistic. Just take care of YOU Toots!

Shell2001 Good luck with that – never had a kidney infection but that is sounding awfully like it to me. I believe that lots of fluids are in order – but get that one double checked – as I say – no personal experience here! Greenbee’s advice sounds just the job.

Orkneystar fab baking! The loaf looks really yummy!:p

Nicki – Brill on getting the forms in – now you KNOW they have them. Sending ‘move Nicki NOW’ vibes to Wigan!:T

Since my last post beds are made, a window cleaned, kitchen floor mopped - it wasn't on my list but the mop needed cleaning then I carried on...clean water tho!:D

Notice a few not around today - hope you're all having FUN!
