I've been really good at sticking to cleaning out cupboards and putting stuff back. The fact we had a power cut across town helped as I could not come on here!

    Bumble-bee happy anniversary

Right just made the phone call OH asked me to make so bac to the kitchen.

Boys due home tonight at about 10:00 so want as much back as possible by then.

Nearly all the washing dry now, folded and put away. Just a couple of things still finishing off. It's so humid and nasty here.

I thought I'd have a little lie down but I reckon there's a sensor on the bed because as soon as I ever try to have a rest the phone rings within two minutes. Must be my conscience I think ;) Didn't get much sleep last night because there were people in the garden two doors away talking loud until about 1 am.

    thanks for the replies everyone......

im still bouncing about the news... hehe. I went to the entitled to website though to get a rough idea of what we'd be entitled to next year and it will only drop to a weekly entitlement of £50...so only £11 less per week. Unless of course OH gets a payrise  Not that id complain if he did of course specially as for what he does his wages are poo.

Id worked out a budget anyway for when my maternity pay was due to end on 31st october and with the current weekly entitlement (which according to the many places i checked is right) We would only be £50 short a month.... BUT if we put that backpayment into my savings.. i can drip feed it into my account every month to cover that £50 so i can deffo afford to stay at home till sarah is at least 1! :D:D
    Thats great :)
DS turned 1 in June so our entitlement went down by about £10 a week, however due to a slight boo boo we are also paying back £11 a week until the start of Sep (it came about in a strange way but I know now why lol!- too long to explain on here!) so a few weeks before he turned 1 it dropped by £11 and then when he turned 1 it dropped by another £11 ish . Still not long until it goes back up to the proper weekly amount (although unfortunately not as much as it was before he hit 1).
It is great you can stay at home with bubs though, she and you will appreciate it for a long time to come.

Right, Im back-A&E was fast and painless. Its a really nice one too (we've never been there before) as soon as I went through to peads they got us into the nurses station. There were about 5 nurses all up to entertain whilst we got through that, were sent to wait for doctor but had barely sat down when we were called. The doctor we saw was very good-gave him a thorough looking over and did a bit of a scratch test. It is definately still "only" eczema, but even he was in shock as he said he would have referred him to dermatology immediately. He has put this on his file as a recommendation for gp,so we'll wait until Monday for further. Gave him some new lotions and potions and a mild sedative to help him sleep.

As for me, I peed on a stick and got the no response-so maybe DF is right and she's trying to mess with his holiday:rotfl: or heaven forbid I have another cyst:eek:

DS keeps coming to get me and drag me round the house saying "come-now-mummy" so I've decided Im going to sit quietly in the lounge with him and work on my stock so that I can do an online shop this morning-running out of a number of staples and I have a voucher code that expires on 31/08 and if the board is down I probably wont get to swap it.
