MutualPoints question
Comments
-
Hi there all.
Yes, I'm having exactly the same problems in that I've not been credited with any "click through" points since Wednesday 16th November. My OH and I are both members and both regularly click and search on Kelkoo, Pricerunner, Carsource and MSN Search but always using separate PCs, sometimes from home, sometimes from work. No new software has been installed and we are doing nothing different. The points have just stopped!
I've emailed Mutualpoints and will post up their reply when/if it arrives.

Julian,
I expect you will get the same reply I did. What I was told was to make sure that you are going via there website. D'oh I use to work in IT so don't think that I am that thick and that it takes up 60 days  to be credited the points.
What annoys me it is so random both, me and my husband have been using mutualpoints for years. And the problem started about 3 months ago. It was oct last time I was credited with any price runnners and I had a few days worth of Kelkoo earlier this month and that is it.
I personally don't rate there customer services very much. They seem to want to make out that you are thicker then pig muck and that they are doing you a huge favour by even replying to you. And the answers they give to your questions are just so lame.

Hi Calley.
I must have done something right as I've received over a dozen "reward notification" emails this afternoon as so has the OH! No reply to my email but I don't really mind if I get the points I'm owed.
I too work in IT, it's surprising how many of us have time to do these things.
Good luck in getting whatever points you are owed as well.

I got loads of points today, now just need 50 points to claim my cheque! Wish I'd done more pricerunner ones now instead of giving up!0

Wow I have got another 3 lots kelkoo points :j
Prehaps they got feed up with people complaining all the time :rotfl: so thought it was time to give us some points.

Getting quite a lot of points now, and finally got enough to reach 4,500 and the £30 cheque I wanted!
Just hope I get that ok in the christmas post!
Think I'll actually stop using mutualpoints now and just keep to freefivers and pigsback!0 -
I don't get credited with any Pricerunner clicks either (haven't done for several months).
Worst still, about 2 weeks ago I stopped getting mutualpoints emails too (and it's not my email or ISP blocking them).0 -

When queried I was told it was a problem with tracking pricerunner points and they are aware of it and you will lose no points.
I find this strange as I do price runner on other websites and are credited with the points no problems.
I am still waiting about 3/4 months worth of price runner points so is my husband.
