I usually get an email to say the points have been added the next day. I do 5 searches on pricerunner daily and one on Kelkoo. I have no probelem getting the Pricerunner points but the kelkoo ones take time to be added been doing them everyday for 2 weeks and only got credited one today so I will see what happens tomorrow. Its nine points for each search on pricerunner max 5 per day and 9 points for Kelkoo max one per day. I had a £20 cheque off them last week takes about 3 weeks to come through.
Hope this helps kaja860 -

I would love to know why that is happening for you. As up to about two months ago I was getting price runner and Kelkoo points added a few hours after doing the seraches.
Now I am lucky to them full stop. And if they do we are taking like weeks and weeks. I queried this to be told that it can take up to 60 days  to get the points. But if I felt I was not getting points to query it. How can I do that when the very few points they award me are so sparse and I don't know when from.
I do other sites as well but clear out my cookies and it has made no difference and they don't answer there e-mails as they own me 450 points for a car brochure and I mailed them over a week ago. I only need about 900 points for another cheque.
And they owe me hundreds of points as in theory just doing the clicks on site you should be able to get a cheque every 51 days. My last cheque was at the start of august so you can see how many points I am not getting and they owe me.
My husband is suffering the same.
I know it is for free but it annoys me that I am doing what they want me to do but they are not giving me my points. And then even had the cheek to tell how to make sure I get the points and how to do it right. Duhhhhhhhhhh I work in IT so know how to click on a link from there web site.

Well that is just plain freaky. And when I mailed them, they where unable to explain and was trying to make out that I didn't know what was I doing   And that I would have to wait until 60 days where up to do something about my points if they where missing.
Right I am going to mail then and find out what the hell is going on. As it is a mickey take beyond belief.
Very  now.

Don't take this the wrong way but when you do your search, you do click onto one of the retailers don't you? otherwise you won't be credited.0
