Saveit wrote:Don't take this the wrong way but when you do your search, you do click onto one of the retailers don't you? otherwise you won't be credited.
I might be blond but I ain't thick and and I've worked in IT.
I click on the price runner link and then choose a catergory like freezers and then choose a model and then click on retailers like currys etc link and allow it to load currys etc webpage for that item. And leave it while I go off to another web page.
So please do tell me what I am doing wrong as I can't see what I am doing anything wrong. I have done the same for last I don't know how many months. But about 2 months ago it suddenly changed.
As I do the same thing with free fivers and cashbag and get credited so go figure.

Cheers! Only ordered it through them so I could claim my first cheque, cos its seems to take forever to build up points with them!
If you look at the bottom of the mutual points web site there is a button that says contact us.
MutualPoints.com website and point rewards:
Vibha Dimri – to email Vibha click here (support@mutualpoints.com)
Problem being they don't seem to answer there e-mails
But as I said if you do all the points every day which is 50 something a day you should get a cheque ever 52 days.

With Pricerunner you have to choose your product, ie washing machines, then when the list comes up you have to actually compare 2 or 3 models. Then click on one of the prices, which brings up another list. From there click on the words 'direct link' to go to the website.
This seems to work for me although I only get paid for one Pricerunner search a day.0 -

Yes you are doing everything correct and you should get an email notification(probably the next day) to say you have been awarded 9 points for Pricerunner0 -

The last few days I have been getting the Kelkoo points but now it has stopped again.
I had enough points so ordered my cheque.
No one at mutual points will be able to give you an answer they will say you have to wait 60 days then query it That is if they answer the e-mails at all.

I had same problem, but duly waited up to 60 days and did get the points in the end. Still a way off the cash in amount though. May have to do a few searches to top my total up.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
