Might it be an idea to have an "Offshore accounts and Non-UK residents" board. There's quite a few posts from people in these situations - whether it be UK residents dealing with Offshore accounts, or non-residents dealing with both Offshore and UK accounts, and the situations share a lot in common. But they are all spread across various forums...
