:mad: need to know who to complain to at 3 sibling ran up bill [only 170] on her fone i got it sorted out to pay on certain day each month till paid off since then harassed by this company saying that system down so agreement not set up although they have received a payment of £40 now told sent to debt collection and when foned told there error of not processing still not corrected but they apologised!! still waiting on a manager foning agree payments, this causing great stress can anyone help plz!!!!
