Looking for a new phone and contract, help needed please !

I'm out of contract and currently on the simplicity 15 deal with O2 (200 minutes, 400 txts for £15 P/M) while I'm happy with the tariff and network my phone appears to giving up the ghost so I need to get a new one before too much longer. I've been looking aroud and been offered a good deal on the 3 network but the thread I've looked at on here has realy put me off taking out a contract with them so I've been looking online and found this deal with O2 through the Nokia web site. My only concern is about the cash back offer (is it that straight forward) and if possible I'd like to take my number with me ? Any help realy appreciated as when it comes to mobile phones and contract deals I'm far from expert !

This is the deal its the second one down (200 mins,200 txts, Nokia 6220, £30 P/M for 12 months and £100 cash back making the effective monthly cost £21.67) Are there any better deals out there or is it worth me trying to get this deal direct form O2 ?

automatic cash back deals aren't as bad as redemption ones. Sounds a good deal. I wouldn't get it, I'm one of these people who think if it sounds too good to be true, it proberly is. And proberly end up missing out on alot of deals lol I'm not a big o2 fan. I had 2 contracts with them and although there network is good, their customer service has alot to be desired for. But then again, I've heard alot of good things about them too. Anyway, as I said, Auto cashback deals are normally pretty decent as I'm aware. I'd try o2 first though.
