I had the same message on acer laptop, a quick reinstall solved the problem. I had legit OS but the windows genuine software never picked it up, typical MS0

best bet maybe to phone microsoft, if the keycode matches the version of windows on your machine (home/media centre/professional) then they should be able to sort things out for you.
There are alternative ways of removing the message, which i can't put publicly (but can pm) but the best way is definitely to do it properly through microsoft, you have a licence, use it.Utinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0 -
