Orange phone replacement - out of stock?
I seem to have finally managed to get Orange to replace my obviously faulty W580i that I got on a contract a month or so ago. The helpful guy on the phone said that he could get a replacement it couriered to me, but it was out of stock.
But, on the Orange website, it is in stock. Are they fobbing me off or is it a different warehouse? Additionally, the guy said that he would keep trying to get it and when it was available he would call me. Is this at all likely?
