As above, looking to get some cash isa's for myself and the girlfriend. I'd prefer one where I don't have to open a current account with the branch, it has internet access, money not locked in and a half decent interest rate. No funds going straight into it but will be £500 into each per month.
Am I asking the impossible? After looking at moneysupermarket I think I may be.

Yes, Icesave's a good one for the criteria you're after.
You say there will be £500 per month going to each. So you can get round the £1000 minimum balance by simply opening one in month 1 and one in month 2, each with £1000 rather than splitting £500 each.
Alternatively, open an Icesave savings account until you reach a balance of £1000 then transfer across to the ISA.0 -
Just opened an icesave savings account, thanks for the advice.
What happens on Icesave if you open an ISA with the initial £1000 and then withdraw the full amount later? Do they close your account?0 -

Yes, and you will not be able to open another ISA in the same tax year. If you don't need the money then leave it where it is to keep it's tax free status (or transfer to another ISA provider but don't withdraw if you can help it).0
