Hi there, i am thinking of putting my £700 into Hsbc's online 'e-isa', which apparently earns 6.08% per month, please can anyone tell me how much i should be earning per month on this £700? (i am a little confused by the % after staring at the details all day!)

Criag,hi and welcome to the forum.The percentage rate is per year,therefore you need to divide it into 12.If you put no more in,it will start earning you around £3.55 per month.If you are having the interest added each month to the £700,and leave it there,it will gradually increase by a few pence each month,though that depends on how many days per month.0
