( was going to get a load of Model me shampoos/conditioners and use the 250 points to get the extra points for the stella sheer ( no Jk files in my local), however voucher would not scan.. SA said I could use one voucher but voucher says one per person .'. my 'plan' went out of the window ~ first time I have been refused for this voucher. so had to exchange as opposed to buying another perfume!:o )
This happened to me last week, eagle-eyed No7 SA put first one through and noticed the wording on the second. Now every time i go in she looks straight at me as if to says " don't try it ", so have been a chicken, but going somewhere different tomorrow so will try my luck there. de9xt4.jpg

ok so I went to bluewater today on the ss tills- they are having a promo on the new sanctuary stuff on a 3 for 2. but there was a lady there who was offering vouchers for a free shower gel if you bought the body butter. well I killed the ss till and the young lady supervising it couldn't apologise enough moved me to the next till. so I got
    sanctuary Kuan Jin flt 8.95
    " Butter 7.45
3-4-2 kicked in so body wash 0.00
R & M make up bag 4.25 Free with voucher
    Lynx spray 3 X 2 £4.00
Ts hair spray & balm £2.01 for both
    Td wipes Free with voucher
    tights clearance £1.38
    socks clearance £1.00
The SA put through my extra sanctuary voucher so another £5.45 got taken off.
so total was £19.34 & 350 points seemed like a good deal.
    Total saved £31.85
Also Ruby & millie lip & eye sets are displayed at 12 at lakeside branch but will go through the till at £6. Lakeside also had a lot of the No 7 rainbow and bronzing pallets left at £4.25.
Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the world together."

    FEB challenge £128/£270 balance £142
    £2 saving club £140

Does anyone know if the MF GWP is still going thro with any purchase today?..i set off to do my bootsing first trip and wanted to try that ickle glitch out. Thank you x

Yes apparently it is still going through the tills free with anything. :D Not that I've managed to find one. :grumblesmilie: :rotfl:

Y'know what girls, I got lost! Lost in the old thread. Usually I see a 'New thread here' post but didn't see one and was still catching up anyway and was wondering where the hell my Quote button had disappeared to. Got so confused- doesn't take much. Had a slight panic when I though a bun fight might have taken place while I was gone and maybe powers-that-be had closed us down!! :D

I mentioned in my recent survey the lack of Time Delay and Sanctuary wipes in particular aswell as other 'free with voucher' items. Surely the increase in demand would have been rather easy to predict. I have only managed to get 2 packs of wipes in total.

Today I picked up an Olay hand cream (the one that is free with the till spit). The Olay assistant who is always hanging around those shelves then went up and pulled off the little hanging red tag that says you could use it with a till spit!
Another SA was there who told her that you could in fact use it with the till spit. I didn't hear the whole conversation; we'll see if it was put back up the next time I go in!

Then the second SA, the one who knew you could buy the one hand cream with the till spits, went up to a couple (that wasn't seeking assistance) looking at classic Olay products and told them they couldn't be used with the voucher. Well, this couple had no idea what the voucher was, anyway, and she basically just needlessly confused them, lol!

It's amazing to me how little the SAs know of the sales that go on, and don't seem to understand them at all.
  • Glad to see everyone getting lots of perfume bargains today! I never managed to get to boots today but will definately be there tomorrow! We only have one boots local to me, does everyone just keep going round to get more stuff? I've been spreading it out over the days but they all look at me as soon as I walk in now(I'm not imagining it honest!). All I really want is to use my TD spits and my pinkies on the No 7 suncare (just to get the GWP) but I feel soooo dodgy keep walking round!
Got to put kids to bed but I will be back later seeking reassurace!

I am a bit stupid, I think, cause I can never find many of these glitches that you all report but today, I finally did the Trevor Sorbie one! I asked the other day in the Lancaster store if there were any magazines but was told no, they'd all gone and the new one was due in a couple of weeks or so. I went to the photographic counter at the back today and there was a little pile of them! So they weren't telling the truth the other day! Little scamps! I sweetly asked if I could have two, one for my daughter so got them and a few bits, and a £5 top-up and went off for the big shop armed with the two vouchers!!!

I went to the TS bit and got the Long Hair serum, and was just looking round wondering what on earth I should get as well, when ....oops... there was a coupon from the H & B mag stuck into the SEL! Thank you very much to whoever put that there, presumably one of US, who had enough stuff and just knew someone would be along in a minute who would use it. I didn't realise that I could have got three things, though, told you I was stupid!

I was so excited, so then I went and got two N7 Tan Maintainers, some other stuff and went to the girl on the sandwich till. She took ages, going through everything, with a big queue building up, checking that I had all the stuff that I should have done, then piped up that the N7 Tan Maintainers were coming up at half price, let me nip back to the shelf and get the last two so they all went through (with GWP natch!).

There was no TD stuff under £6.99 and all those shelves were bare so got something for that - I can't make head or tail of the receipt but I ended up paying £11.75. I was puzzled until I realised that in my haste, I hadn't given her the £5 facial voucher!! (found it in my bag when I got home). I suppose I will just have to live with that as I couldn't face complaining to someone that I had paid all of £11.75 for all that and I really wanted it for £6.75!

So now I've got two more plus a pinky (now I see why you all call them that!). Didn't get the third TS thing, didn't get the £5 off, didn't get many points but not bad for me!
