Thanks Red, I think I might try and return it all tomorrow you know. It was the slyness thats really bothered me, I've been refused it before but at least I got the coupon back! I know I should put it all down to experience but I dont like being taken for a fool. Wish I'd never gone in there today!

Aw, thats so sweet I know what you mean though, I've spent a small fortune on my make up collection, but these pinkies definitely help :rotfl:

I was told I was only allowed to have one magazine and therefore one voucher. I said that I lost my a/c card aqnd before I got my new one back I'd wanted the mags but was charged for them as i didn't have a card to swipe with them, but I'd paid for the mags as I'd wanted to use the vouchers in the back. She still wouldn't budge and told me i was abusing the system. :mad: So I said fine, I won't take the photos then, keep them - and at this point she relented and said she would let me do it this once but she wasn't happy about it. I'm still not sure if she is in the right or I am?

Anyway, then went and got 3 TD exfoliating creams and one TD brightening toner, all free and 800 pts back. :T Saw a pretty fcuk washbag reduced from £8.00 to £2.00 and some Ted Baker body spray reduced from £4.50 to £1.13 so snapped those up for xmas pressies.

And a couple of mitchums for 48p the pair.

So not a bad day really but could have done without Ms Jobsworth getting uppity about folk getting stuff for free.

OOOOh wonder what is in the water today...I also had in incident today ( not in a loca store BTW) I actually found some mags today so took a couple to the counter ~ also found some time delay under £5 too!!!

Wooo Hoo I thought. So I goes to the counter and SA says abruptly you can only have one of those ( mags) I expalined to her DH was with me ( he had just gone after DD ) So she said 'oh alright then'

So I got my 2 mags and got my 2 till spits out, the SA ripped out the TD vouchers..anyway so she did first transaction fine.. 200 points and free TD.

second one she said that couldn't use my card as it would not recognise the points as voucher says '1 per person' at this time SA was still clutching my till spit and TD voucher and had DH's card ( didn't want points on that one wanted them on mine;) ) asked her if she would try for me with my AC card. 'No as it is one per person', so I said fine I would leave it ..at this point I couldn't find my AC..SA adamant that she gave it me back so was looking for this and was all confuzzled.

Anyway found my AC card in the bag with my time delay..SA handed me DH's card and my shopping bag...was walking out and noticed that the mags weren't in the bag so went back ( I mean we are talking TS glitch too with vouchers;) )

Anyway she had put hem in the bin as she said I didn't think you wanted them!!! So I got the mags back and got the rest of the vouchers out..Only when I got home did I realise that she KEPT MY TILLSPIT !!! AND TD POINTS VOUCHER..

Guess who's bootsing was scuppered today?:mad: I'd taken a day's holiday from work just to wait in for the man from virgin media to come and upgrade our box to a V+ box, so once he'd been I thought great, I'll go bootsing! Spent ages making lists and deciding how best to spend the 5 tillspits I have (already spent the accompanying pinkies) then said to my dad, who'd come in from work by then, that I was going to the silverlink. The words 'oh I'll come with you' made my heart sink:eek: , he doesn't understand the concept of bootsing, so in the end all I got were the sunglasses I wanted, although they were BOGOF & got me another tillspit and pinky.:j

Hmm, I wonder where I'll have to go on my way home from work tomorrow then?It's payday for goodness sake and my payrise went on this month - I've got money burning a hole in my pocket! :j Although with all the glitches I probably won't actually spend that much in boots!:rotfl:
