Huggies newborn boxes, were bogof today, also no7 suncream wasn't marked at half price, but checked and went through half price and bogof, so bought 4 and used t/s and got gwp for £5.00.
If the suncreams are over a tenner each, you could just buy 2 and still get the GWP - the tills think you've spent £20.0 -
HI there, been away for a few days and have 80+ pages to catch up on!
Ill never manage it. But never mind.
Popped into Inverness retail park and they have the ts lh serum so did a 3 for 1p there, they had loads left. East gate centre didnt have much that i noticed (DH told me to be quick!). Did another 3 for 1p there though for my MIL as she couldnt believe what you get. Got a £5 mascara there too. No signs up though.
Was supposed to be "visiting" the boots in forres for the hunt of reduced toys lol but we forgot as we were nosing in the paper for mocs :rotfl:
Never mind. Its a pretty small shop anyway.
Broxburn have £5 mascaras too. They didnt have sigsn up either but did say that they are being sold off as the new ones have different brushes in them. Probably already know that though but thought I would say.
Popped to straiton this morning and bought 1 of the R&M bronze make up bags. Thatll get poped into the mother and baby hamper for my friend. They also have TD facial exfoliator and cleanser there. No serum that i could see but they did have the pink TS LH stuff. Straiton have also moved the baby section about and the baby clothes are now next to the till. Some lovely things reduced but there wasnt a lot left.
Got my meal deal too: triple sandwich, 2 bottles of irn bru and a large dairy milk (140g  ) all for £2.99 Pie that i am lol
Phew...
Think that was everything.Tesco Points : 19288 :j :jBoots Points : 6044Pigsback Points : 99(£40 boots vouchers received!)

If you are paying cash for the baby milk as long as it is over £5 you get the t/s.
Suncare is only half price in selected stores. Some of you may need to get 2 tan maintainers to qualify for the gwp, some of you may need to get 4 tan maintainers to qualify for the gwp, however it will cost you the same. You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
xx Mama to a gorgeous Cranio Baby xx

Also done my shopping today and got 4 survey till spits - almost for every transaction I made! SA was very helpful and done all transactions quick and with a smile (guess why), I filled one, but have no idea where to use other 3 - if someone had any big problems (or otherwise, very good SAs!) recently, PM me and I'll send you code for survey
Also found 2 x £1 OFF and 2 x £2 OFF Pampers (redeemable only in Boots) and 6 x £1 Off Pampers redeemable in most other shops, incl. Boots - 1st to PM her address will get them
If someone has any No7 till spits and don't need anything from No7, I would be most grateful to give those vouchers a new life  No SS tills near me, so can't get them in any other way (even in rubbish bin lol)
Skincare till spit / Pinky also very welcome, can't believe my luck that for a long long long time our local finally have some TD under £5 in stock - always had to send those vouchers for others from this forum, so finally happily would treat myself with some free stuff :A
Off to bed now, good night all0 -
I havent tried the TS glitch yet....but what would happen if I picked up 2 shampoos as I havent seen any serum in stock?!
You'd pay 2.51 for two shampoos (make certain at least one is in the long hair range or you pay 7). Or you could grab a long hair thermal wrap in the blue tub (or the conditioning one in the pink tub) that are 5.99 and one shampoo. That would deduct 5.99 from your total using the voucher and you'd pay 1.01. Then go back and get another tub and the conditioner, and pay 1.01 again, so it would be a total of 2.02 for the shampoo, conditioner and two other items!
The only downfall of this as far as savings goes (for me, anyway) is I like to cover the glitch and add in a couple pounds of other items that I needed anyway, so it would mean doing that twice in order to do two transactions. But I had been throwing in one mitchum (and using one each of the different vouchers) to get the till to think I'd spent over 5 pounds when all I paid was 2.29 or so, so I'd get the two till spits, too. It all depends on how brazen you want to be, lol, as you can get away with no cover for the glitch at all and just buy the TS. It's not for me, but if you have the nerve, you can try.0 -
If there are any Bootsers my end of the world, a tiny Boots in Hythe (Kent) had a few No 7 Long Lash mascaras today. I had been keeping my remaining pinkie in the hope the suncare would go half price and bogof but no such luck! I got a mascara instead. Won't be going there for another week so can't get it for anyone sorry.Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Hi all, hope i'm posting in the right place, have been a bootster before I even realised that I wasn't the only one! Anyway, currently have 16820 points that have been building up for a while (thanks mostly to a 2 year old and bump that's due in 2 weeks) and this morning my hairdrier went capput. Am planning on going down to boots this afternoon to spend some points on a replacement hairdrier and am looking for any recommendations, have got long highlighted not particularly thick (sob) hair.
Also does anyone know if you still get tillspits paying with points?
Many thanks x
I can't help as I bought one recently that I've only tried once (hardly ever blowdry my hair). But I just wanted to suggest you attach the receipt to the box of whatever hairdryer you buy, then stick the box someplace you can find it (and where no one will throw it away!). If you try it for a week or two and it's utter rubbish, take it back and you can get the points put back on your card! My husband thinks it's so funny that I save boxes (with receipts attached) for as long as an item can be returned, but it has come in handy!
Edit: Forgot to add, you don't get till spits when you pay with points.0 -
