Ok dont laugh at the image, this is me at 5am after a night out with my mates and I look rough but it is the only one I can find that shows my stripy hair, I have a mousy brown colour hair naturally and then there is a stripe of reddy purple from another time i dyed my hair and then black, does anyone know of any products you can use at home to get black dye out of your hair? I want to go back to brown. have bought a semi permanent black dye to cover up the light roots and things for now but really dont want black hair any more xx tia xx

The hairdressers would be the best thing, but if you want to sort it at home I would really advoid the colour strippers you can buy as they will leave your hair very fragile.

However, vosene is known for stripping hair colour when new(even black from blonde hair) so although your dye is not new it may be worth trying it as it may dull the dye and then you will not be bothered so much?

If you do use vosene and your hair is dry from the colour then make sure you use a hair mask or treatment for 5 mins after as it really does strip the hair :)

Where abouts are you caz? It might be a long long bus journey lol I am in Leeds. Chocolate buttons for a decent hairdo is a sure thing lol.

I know what you all mean bout how it will strip my hair and weaken it though, im just impatient about waiting so long for the dye to grow out.
You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

  • Just come back after my trip to Boots (only 2nd trip in 3 days!! ) Had to nip for an appointment with Boots opticians, who were lovely re my new contact lenses, took my kids with me, wish I had known bout the choc buttons deal!! Never mind, the promise of ginger bread man made then behave-more or less!! Before I went in opticians, I nipped and grabbed another mag and some more TS conditioner&serum, went to pharmacy desk, she looked confused/concerned, read the voucher over, and then asked me reluctantly for the 1p, she didnt say anything else, and was quite polite, but she didnt look happY!

After Opticians, I grabbed another mag, some more TS conditioner&serum and then went upstairs as kids wanted to check out the toys, I picked up baby dress in sale for my daughter and payed £3.01 for dress and hair stuff, now that lady assistant was lovely, didnt bat an eyelid, she was commenting on my DD pretty dress, and what a bargain I had got! To my surprise (honestly!!) I was given another £5 skincare and another pinky. No TD moisturiser that was £4.50, plenty of wipes that I nearly got, but think I may take another trip to our smaller branch where they had more stock. Actually glad I waited, as I hadnt realised there was 200 points voucher in the mag, for me to use with the till spit, Ta for mentioning that, whoever it was, I 4get your name, but I did press Thanks Button x
I now have 2 pinkies to use aswell. Not quite sure what to get, but I think the cheapest way for me to get the no7GWP would be to use them on BOGOf on suncare. I did like the No7 summer pallettes theyre selling off at £9.50 but I cant really justify spending £4.50 on make up-hence wanting to get the no7 gwp for nowt!

Does anyone know how long the TS hair offer is on for??

Just a note for Nottingham Bootsers - I passed the tiny Angel Row Boots today - and popped in (of course!).

This was the only Boots in town I found with Time Delay for under £5, they had the cleansers & toners in.....and something that has been missing in Nottingham for weeks - a decent clearance section! Loads of flight socks, Roc, FCUK mens stuff, tights, vitamins - loads!! Will deffo try this one again - does it appear to be the smaller the store the better the clearance for making space?

Well be careful hun, my friends hair ended up in a crop(from shoulder length) as the hair that had been dyed started to break after using a home colour stripper, admittedly she has very fine hair anyway...but it may be worth trying other things first if you do not want to visit a salon

I don't know if anyone can help, but I have been trying to get a free (using a voucher) make up bag for my niece to go with her No 7 rainbow pallette and No 7 long lash mascara for her birthday in September. Does anyone have a spare one (of any sort a 14 year old would like) that they got free? If so would you would swap for the page of vouchers from the H & B mag which has the TS voucher and TD 200 points voucher on it? I would be a very happy bunny!

I had a lovely s.a today who I was chatting to as the shop was quiet. Got 5 pairs of socks for £1.50 and gave over my 100 points voucher, so only 50 p really. I commented it was good but not as good as the TS glitch which her shop does not stock. I was getting another H & B mag and when I explained it, she went and got me another 2 mags to go with the one I had! So came away with 3. Will have to go to town now to get more TS serum. The ones in town look different to the ones I got the other day. Still pink but packaging is different. May be old/new stock! Still go through as 1p on the glitch though.

Of course some is for moi and some 'just in case', I do have some more but have shown it before, this is about 2/3rd of my 'collection' :p
