Ok dont laugh at the image, this is me at 5am after a night out with my mates and I look rough but it is the only one I can find that shows my stripy hair, I have a mousy brown colour hair naturally and then there is a stripe of reddy purple from another time i dyed my hair and then black, does anyone know of any products you can use at home to get black dye out of your hair? I want to go back to brown. have bought a semi permanent black dye to cover up the light roots and things for now but really dont want black hair any more xx tia xx

Hi - I can assure you that I would look dead at 5am after a night out - so you look great to me! Having had many hair dye at home disasters, personally I would pay the cost and go to the hairdressers. At least when you get it professionally to the colour you want, you can "top it up" at home. I have dried mine out too much by trying to cover colour and had to have it cut short - so try the hairdressers if you want to keep the length - at the very least go for a "consultation" to find out what they would do. Let us know what you decide!

Last night I had a long dream that began with an Indiana Jones style adventure and ended with me finding lots of far flung Boots where people had left lots of till spits lying around for me to nab... sad or what. :o

Anyway... had a mixed day today.

    1. Good stuff - I did womble some till spits and a pinky. :D

    2. Less good - I got the No7 Autumn palette, plus 2x lip/eye screens (not 1/2 price) and a GWP. Tried to use No7 PC voucher and it beeped and said I hadn't spent enough. It was the first voucher the SA scanned so I'm not quite sure what I did wrong there. Don't tell me you actually have to spend £20 to use it? Because that's poo.

    3. Got TS long hair shampoo and conditioner, used mag voucher and PC voucher for TS, this took £1.98 off the rest of my bill. So it made up slightly for the No7 PC voucher not working!

(borrowed pic from flea bay only one i could find even when i googled)

I've been having that same dilemma regarding the no7 nail kits I bought at 3 for 5 quid a few months ago! They're called Summer Nails.
    hero.jpg

I have decided I will give it to friends and family (who I'm sure will love it or something like the No7 makeup set you have), but for others -- like my husband's co-workers or secretary -- I will give something else. I don't want to give co-workers gifts that, if they returned it, they may be told it was only 2.50! Even though it's a lovely kit they would probably enjoy, I don't know them well (or their personalities) and wouldn't want to cause my husband embarrassment at work if someone thought it was cheap.

But I do think your No7 makeup pallettes will make fab gifts (as will my nail kits) for anyone that you want to give them to, and I'm sure they would be thrilled. If it were for someone you know in a professional capacity, I might think twice about it (though if you know them well enough to know they'd love makeup, it probably would be fine as it's a really nice kit!).

I've only posted a couple of times over here, 'cos even though I'm always in Boots, I'm useless at finding the good deals/glitches . So thank you to everyone, you're all :A.

I haven't seen them mentioned here yet, so sorry if I've missed it but yesterday and today I picked up a couple of bargains.

Fcuk pure moisture mist £1 from clearance.

Boots mediterranean olive, wheatgerm and honey body butter for £1.88 each (were £7.50, still that price in other Boots)

    Today I picked up

Elle MacPherson fruit and honey Exfoliator £1.57 each (was £6.25, sel said £3.15), so half discounted price

Elle MacPherson nourishing hand scrub £1.49 each

Elle MacPherson manicure in a tube £1.24 each

I think these went through at half sel price too. All will be good for my Xmas prezzie baskets :j. They were on the normal Elle shelves.

Picked up 2 Mitcham roll ons, but forgot to give the lovely lad my vouchers, so went back (cheek I know) and he cancelled them and put them through again for me with the vouchers, bless him.
    :beer:Thank you to all posters:beer:
