Just filling in the last few bits of my forms now (the biggest bits if i'm honest) and i've got a few questions. Any help with any of them would be really appreciated...
section 3.1 #2 cash in the bank - i'm intending to remove the whole amount from my cash card account (our CTC goes in the day before BR) so do i put the amount as £0, or is it going to look odd removing all the money the day before (it'll probably around £180)
section 5.1 and 5.2 account cards - i have a cash card account for my barclays account (the only account i use now) but i cut up my HSBC credit card and account card (the credit card account is inactive and the account is overdrawn) so i don't technically have the cards so do i just fill it in for the barclays cash card or do i have to try to trace down the card numbers for the other 2? (i have no idea how i would do this)
section 6.3 average monthly takehome - as i'm unemployed to i leave this blank or put £0?
section 6.6 other income - i receive child benefit for my son and my partner receives CTC which is paid into my account. Do i put it down as my income because it goes into my account? (these are the only 2 amounts that go into my account and the full amoutn of them goes towards food, bills and clothing my son)
section 6.9 last income tax reference number - would this be on my last pay check from my last employer (my last wage slip came from them in jan/feb i believe) and do i put it down even thought i'm no longer employed?
section 8.2 properties you rent - does it matter that the landlord is a housing association? I'm a bit confised about the section that says 'name and address of any joint tenant' because surely any joint tenant would have the same address as you- the address of the property??
Sorry there are so many questions- these forms have me so confused. I find it really hard to get my head around the way the questions are worded.0 -
also- does anyone have any rough estimate how long i'll be in the court. I don't mind waiting or anything but i've got no choice but to take littlun and just want to be clear what i'm letting myself in for lol. Is it a case of take DS a couple of books or am i going to keep him entertained for a longer while?0

Into my acount goes: £75 child bens0
-
Into my acount goes:
£75 child bens every 4 weeks
£193 child tax credit every 4 weeks (this is £193 from the next payment but the previous payments since april have only been between £145 and £175) Also- not sure if this counts as my income because although it is payed into my account its OH's CTC award
Outgoings:
Rent £76.13 per week
Housekeeping £200 per month
Gas & elect £70 per month
Water £15 per month (last bill was 8 months worth so i've had to do some crude calculations to come to this figure)
Telephone £30 per month (this is the basic virgin package)
Travel £3.00 per week (this is for the bus to and from DS's playgroup- is this allowed)
Clothing £20 per month (is this acceptable)
Maintenance £0.00 (our housing association is responsible for most repairs here)
Council tax £110 per month
Other essentials £0.00 (not really sure what this would include- DS's playgroup fees possibly?)
Total outgoings: £524.13
So OH's contribution is £256.13
I've missed out OH's car insurance, diesel, road tax, clothes and other outgoings because they're his expenses.
Basically all my income goes towards the collective bills and OH puts in the rest. I have no way to prove that my money does go towards the bills because i have a cash card account so i just withdraw the cash and give it to OH to pay the bills, or to pay for food0 -
Stupidly left some stuff off
house insurance £15 (this is approx i'm waiting fpr the exact amount)
tv licence £12
(both per month)0 -
