Hi All,
Currently in the middle of sorting out my broadband package and wondering what the best deal is with peoples experiences.
Currently with Tiscali on not a very good package - have BT line.
Considering one of two options,
1. Keep BT line (£10.50pm) and take out O2 offer for existing customers (£7.50pm).
2. Take out Talktalk Home phone and Broadband package (£16.99pm)
I very rarely use my phone line for calls (mobile mainly) and low user of internet (approx 4 hrs pw)
Anyone got any comments or experiences about the above to help my decision???
Thanks!!

Talk talk dont get all great reviews whereas o2 do...0 -
I would avoid Talktalk. It is cheap but you pay the price with cut offs/freezing/OE difficulties-times when you just can't use the service at all.I can't wait for my contract to end in November0

All I can say is I signed with Talktalk with much trepidation 6 months ago, and I have to say I am delighted with it, and the technical advice should you need it is free.

One of my friends went with o2 he was made up with the service he has gotten they rang him at every stage of his connection to make sure he had connected ok they also contacted him afte the training period to make sure he was still happy and he says the tech support is great.
I'm on BE* myself but they both share the same equipment at the exchange as o2 own BE* the connection is fast and I've not had any issues it's always on and the speeds superbe.Kind Regards
