I was at Morrisons tonight and there was a sign saying you could get cashback with a variety of cards - including American Express - are there different types of American Express cards?"Finish each day And be done with it.

Having worked at More Reasons, you can only get cashback on debit cards, and as far as I'm aware, Amex don't have any debit cards. You are probably confusing the fact that you can pay with Amex.0 -

The only places I have ever been offered cash back on my Amex card is at two pubs in London, one in Limehouse and the other in Lambeth. I think this was an entirely ad hoc arrangement at each place.0

The OP is referring to cashback from American Express cards at supermarkets.
yes, this is right. I want to know if when you're paying for your Jaffa cakes and they say 'Do ytou want any cashback', you can pay with your American Express card
The sign said: 'Free! Get cashback for free here' and then it had pictures of various cards.
I'll ask them next time I go to Morrisons as it seems really confusing!"Finish each day And be done with it.

What about Amex Charge Cards (as opposed to Amex Cedit Cards) - what do these count as? Just a thought...
