It's natural to have some fears, but you applied for the job because you wanted it, didn't you. Go for it girl :j:j:j:j:j:j:j.
If you don't, you must realise you will never be able to moan on here about anything ever again as all you'll get is 'you should have gone to Malaysia'.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Should P go to Malasia or should P stay with a boss she hates and a relationship that has run it's course?
What would the results be?

it's tax free income an such an amazing opportunity and verygood earning potential but malaysia is soooo far away!!!
I've got to dash myself but without reading the 3 pages of posts here's my thoughts....
yes Malaysia's a long way away...but how long does it take to get from Inverness to Cornwall by road? That's a long way too...
don't spend a lifetime wondering "what if?"
don't make excuses because you're leaving your comfort zone.
don't forget to give yourself a huge pat on the back for giving yourself a fantastic opportunity
well done. For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 20070 -

Hellooooo everyone!!! apologies for the lack of reponse and thanks again for all the support and advice, i've not been ignoring you, my laptop suffered a very nasty encounter with a full up WKD bottle and the keyboard is what is commonly known as phookd!!!! I've got an external keypad attached at the mo and will end up with a bill of 50 squid for a new keypad that i doubt very much work will reimburse. oops.
I have had loooooads of thoughts after yesterday regarding the situation adn am heading more and more towards a yes decision. it's hard to do but as people have said can i pass up anotehr opportunity? I'm subject to a 3 month probationary period so there is no reason i ccouldn't call time at the end of that and return home if necessary. Just about to sit down with pen and paper and work out realistic finances which will reinforce my decision one way or another...and chev i will more than happily recount details of conversation when it happens, will be worth it purely for the comedy value!! he he
