Retrospective Itemized "Billing" for PAYG Customer?
Hi
Is there any facility for this? Ideally, I would want itemized incoming calls too - I've lost all my mobile, and along with it all my irreplaceable telephone numbers; I literally have no way of retrieving many important numbers and wondered if this was an option. Could I perhaps, for example, request this data via a Data Protection Act Request for Information, or is going that far simply not necessary.
I'm with Virgin Mobile.
Daft thing is, I considered writing down an updated list a couple of weeks ago and decided I never lose things! The other annoying thing is, the phone still rings (only lost it yesterday, either in a hotel or the back of a cab, I've tried calling both companies and despite persuading them to be very helpful (they dialled the number and hunted around hotel rooms and backseats) it seems to have vanished, so maybe there's some slim chance I dropped it in the street.
