picture finance gone bust wheres my ppi???

When I called today I asked to speak to "our personal advisor" named on the welcome pack (testing the waters) told he did.t work for Picture anymore. Surprise Surprise!! requested copy of our on-screen application form- told they didn't keep one. It was he who asked if it was regarding PPI Mis sell. I asked why the total amount was not shown on the contract. "total amount payable is never shown on contract." Very strange I say the copy you sent me last week had an additional page headed Important info, showed PPI amount plus interest to end of loan term(he was tied in knots):j Asked when they would be declared in default, declined to answer, said he didn't work for Picture, just taking calls. Told me to contact FSCS 'm really on a mission now, I get madder by the day.:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:
