Virgin upgrade to 2Mbps

I'm with Virgin net and got an email yesterday saying that customers can upgrade to 2 Mbps for free, however the link for me is not working at all. Has anyone managed to upgrade yet or is it just me who keeps getting the error message?

I finally managed to get my upgrade request acknowledged. I am on the £17.99 package if that makes a difference, maybe they are upgrading in regions or something.
