npower warns customers against E.ON price cap deal

one npower moron knocked on my door and promised to beat the deal i was currently on, without asking me which company i was currently with..

The way he could do this was simple , he asked what i was paying each month, then said on the new direct debit form i filled out with him he would create it £10 cheaper than my current dual fuel deal.
I believe him to be the most laziest / stupid sales rep ever to pollute my doorstep!!

Politely told him too "sod off"

Are these people for real?? it is my belief these commission based heavy scare mongering tacticts are being used and setting people up for a big suprise in 6-12 months time when people get there real bill with actual usage.

Try ringing npower to complain about the door knockers,,, Not interested in the slightest. How can these companies tell blatant lies to the public without any body (energy watch / the government) slapping there chops and dishing out huge fines.?

E.CON have a simple way off upping the price you pay, they announce a 10% increase but your bill goes up much much more. How do they do it, very simple they cancel your present plan don,t tell you and replace it with much higher rate plan. ABSOLUTE CON MERCHANTS
