Just come across this company and was wondering if they are OK?
Has anybody had any experience of them?
By that I mean the phone doesn't suddenly develop faults when they receive it . Cynic ain't I.
Its part of Envirophone.

I know this is an old thread but just awakening it because that is exactly what happened to me. Sent them a perfectly good working phone in the secure packaging they provided and when the test it it is apparently 'water damaged' and offer me a third of what I should've received and an offer which is way below what other companies offer for a broken version of my phone. Be warned. Don't use cashinmyphone at any cost, and dont be fooled because they offer the best prices, I doubt if they ever pay it to anyone.0

Quick update...
I asked cashnmyphone to send me back my phone, took them three weeks. The phone appeared to be fine so used mazuma and sent the phone to them. Have just received an email confirming mazuma will be sending a check for £112 for the properly working phone. Beware!0 -
Just a quick post, I find this a little strange, I used them to cash in my old phone and they paid out what they said they would with no questions asked!
I was obviously just lucky!0 -
I have been very impressed by CashInMyFone.com. I sold a phone (HTC Touch Diamond) to them on 22/01/10, they received the phone on 29/01/10 and updated their website immediately, the phone was tested as working almost straight away (again the website is updated to keep you informed) and then the agreed payment was in my bank on 03/02/10. Additionally, my Quidco tracked and validated straight away and Quidco then received the money within a couple of days of me receiving my payment so I will get this at the end of the month.
I was so impressed that things worked so well that I hoked out an old Sony Ericsson W810i which has now been received and tested by CashInMyFone and my payment is being processed.
Based on my experiences selling two phones I would have to say I would give the company 5/5 :starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod::starmod:.0 -

You have to wait fourteen days? Are you sure it isnt a case of you having to wait up to fourteen days? When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0
