Speeding fine (what the law says?)

There's no entitlement to a Speed Awareness Course. It makes this quite plain in the documentation you get through the post.

The offer of a course is entirely at their discretion. If it isn't offered, you can't demand one.

The costs of the course also vary, mine was £78. Up until my course, I was of the impression it was the same fee as the fine. I have heard of prices from £60-£80 (still worth it though in my opinion)
