As far as I am aware you can't close a court case a reopen it in another country, I may be wrong though, anyone ?

wouldnt it be easier to tell the court your new address in scotland? shutting a case and starting it again would be seen as am abuse of process im sure.

if you owe a debt collection agency money it would be proper that that debt is paid out of your claim. however maybe you could give more details regarding this.

I see your point tho but if a company owes money they cant just pay off another company without it being in the agreement etc tho so thats why i was fighting for the full amount.

Will contact court 2mo and let them know and see if can close case etc cause i would rather start the claim again but with me getting all contact with courts etc instead of thru someone else.
