Which leads to the point of why use InterFlora at all?
Why not use, for example, yell.com and find a florist local to where you want the flowers delivered. Then phone them direct.
  • Hi,

I made a complaint about flowers I sent to my mum for Christmas. I didn't complain until a long while later could have been 2 or 3 months as I didn't know until my sister said how bad they were. (I don't live near mum so never got to see them and mum didn't want to mention it to me).

This was Interflora and I got a full refund minus the delivery charge.

I asked for my money back from the outset as you can't recreate the intention on the day.

Don't mess about just ask for a full refund and explain how dissapointed both you and your girlfriend were.

    Good Luck
