    I filled my car with petrol yesterday at 109.9p a litre, two miles down the road at Tesco it was only 108.9p.

    Can they do this ? is it legal ? Shouldn't the Government do something about it ?

    What is the best way to get my money back from the first garage that conned me and ripped me off ?
