    Hi Tiredmum (know how you feel!)

    Daily clicks are doing searches and things via cashback sites. You make between 1p and 5p a click but it soon adds up and you can make about £2 a day (and pay for xmas!) plus if you're buying anything online its worth going via a cashback site especially for things like bank accounts and insurance which you need anyway. Have a look here:

  • Hi everyone,
    not sure if this counts but have just read on the internet that EON (who we have both gas and electricity with) have increased their gas prices by a HUGE 26% and their electricity by 16% as from today.

    We fixed our price back in May and it stays fixed until Oct 2009!! So although not directly today.... I am so glad we did, we are already paying £108 a month for both.

    Anyway the rest of today:

    * have transferred my money from paypal to bank account would have been £29.99 except for the wretched withdrawal charge!!! of 25p
    * checked online banking
    * surveys x 2
    and a NSD planned.
    The good you do comes back to you.

    We were out yesterday, but had a good MSE day I think!
    • Went to Warwick castle, 5 of us in for free, took a picnic and £15 in petrol there and back. Free exercise too, couldnt feel my legs after the ramparts and the 20 min walk there and back lol.
    • Charged phone in car on way to Warwick.
    • Bypassed the gift shops as they were packed.
    • Not so DFW but birthday meal at Brewers Fare on the way back, spend just over £32 :eek: for 5. Did manage to save £4 as they closed the softplay just as the kids wanted to go in :rolleyes:
    • Checked banking.
    • Made payment a day payments.
    • Updated sig.
    • Checked PB.
    • Filled out an outstanding ms report.
    So, today!
    I have:
    • Checked mystery shops
    • Checked PB
    • Checked banking
    • Updated spreadsheet and sig
    • Made 2 x £1 payments for payment a day challenge
    • Received clubcard tokens for pizza hut to use whilst away :T
    And I will:
    • Go pear picking for free
    • Cycle to sw and back tonight, saving petrol
    • Keeps spends low, just need a couple of bits today.
    • Need to update sig with grocery spends, need to sit down with the receipt first!
    • Meals from store cupboards
    • Borrow backpacks from mum for trip away next week
    • Gather up all school uniform so that name tags can be sewn in
    • Try and find 2 cheap adult pac-a-mac coats for trip away, anyone any ideas? Millets can keep theirs at £25 each!!!
    Right, thats enough to be going on with, will update if I do more!
