Orange Customer Retention

i'd like you to know one thing peeps orange don't care if you leave because they know they can get new customer easily due to their good incentives to fone shop who then give us these cashback deals so no point trying i tried it 2 weeks got nothing !

Orange seem to not want to bother with retentions. Both myself and my wife will be leaving orange within the week, have my two PAC codes and just waiting for delivery of two new N70's at no cost and cheaper tariff. After 8 years with orange... tut... tut

My contractis due to run out so i phoned Orange and all they will give me at the moment is £50 off a handset which is a bit crappy, the phone I am after is the Samsung D600 which orange offer free on a new contract but the store has quoted me £100 for me to upgrade which is an utter joke and they have no idea when the phone is coming in as I have phoned the upgrade line them on numerous occassions and get told it will be released but this has been going on for 1 month.

Orange seem to give great deals on new contracts but nothing decent to keep existing customers
