Vodafone Price Increase: Can I cancel my contract?

Had a contract for about 2 months.
Just read in the paper vodafone have hiked call charges from 12p to 15p per min.
Surely this is an update of my contract and therefore I have the right to cancel my line?
A similar thing happened a few years back with another provider and I missed out.
Any ideas???
