do you need tickets for the adults to cos i went on the website and i'm sure it said everyone going into the grotto needed tickets?
Other women want a boob job. Honey the only silicone i'm interested in is on a 12 cup muffin tray, preferably shaped like little hearts

    Yes
Went last year and couple in front of me had to send their children in by themselves as they thought they had to get tickets for children only.

went last year and as you are waiting they give you bottled water and the kids biscuits and sweets etc...it's a continuous flow walking around the grotto and then you get to the main door and they have different rooms with santa in each one...you just go in and have your photo taken with him...we all got a badge saying we had seen santa at harrods and the kids got a harrods colouring book...we all had to have tickets to go in...there's people walking round with baskets of biscuits to eat too when you come out.the photos were nice for presents too....I think it's great for free...managed to book for the 20th..it's fully booked now

    Thanks :j

We are booked for the 23rd!! We went last year and made a day off it. Went to Planet Hollywood for lunch using tesco vouchers so it turned out to be a really cheap day out.

blimey these booked up quick. Just managed to get 22nd november, was the last weekend time available. ahh well the children loved it last year when we went on christmas eve so I'm sure they will enjoy it as much this time even if it is a little early.
