Virgin PAYG - refund
A few days ago, my darling son killed my mobile. I was with Orange. However, when I bought a replacement I changed to Virgin because Orange didn't have the phone I wanted.
However, the reception for Orange was much better.
In the T&Cs for Virgin it states:
Our 28-day guarantee lets you exchange your joining pack or phone for a different one of the same value or get a full refund, less any airtime you have used or bought.
Does anyone know if this includes whether I could try for a refund because I'm not happy with the reception?
