Dialaphone cashback T & C clarification

Hello,

First time using Dialaphone therefore not sure which bill to send for my first claim.

Bought phone on 05/03/2008,12 month contract

Special offer stats "you are entitled to claim a half price line rental at 8 months by redemption.You can claim £44.00 at month 6 and £48.00 at months 9 and 12 of your contract.Please see separate sheet for details of how to claim your redemption"

For your claim to be valid you must send us. by post your bill (original or clearly legible copy) that is dated between 05 Aug 2008 and 05 Sep 2008( please refer to the actual bill date rather than the bill period) this must be received by us between 05 Sep 2008 and 05 Oct 2008.


My most recent bill is dated 07 Aug 2008, my question is should I send this bill to claim or should I wait to complete 6 months.Which mean that bill will be dated 07 Sep 2008 and that will be outside of my claim window ?.
And secondly do they need any paperwork or just a letter and bill will do ? lastly just want to confirm claim address is it P.O.Box 317 Northampton NN3 9 WU.

I have tried to talk to them via phone and e mail but all you get is automated reply. Any help will be much appreciated. many thanks
