I know they are here, but I cant find them .... CCA request

As stated, I want the links for the CCA request.

Marbles have royally ticked me off and have refused to do anything to help me, pointing to their T&Cs, which apparently, just about say "we can do what we like"

I know its unlikely with most, but before anyone gives me a hard time, I am not trying to avoid debt, just gain ammunition to force marbles to help.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure thats the right letter George. I cant really state I do not acknowledge the debt given I have complained of the interest rate (if its required for the letter, forgive me)

All i seek is if the agreement is enforceable, which, with luck, will give me some bargaining power with getting them to reduce interest.

    Thanks fermi,

I printed that one off already - was looking for one stating signed agreement (although i know they dont have to provide signatures, unless it is a SAR.

I will see how i get on with that one.

    Ok, quick question.

Track and trace says the item was confirmed delivered from the b'ham office today - i assume therefore that i can start counting the tweleve days from Tuesday being day one? - so should expect a response by 10 September - 12 working days.

    Is that right?

If you have counted 12 working days from their receipt, then that should be right.

    Thanks fermi

I think I actually counted from next tuesday, so in that case am actually giving them an extra day.

Already seen the answer to my next question in another post - do I have to wait the 30 days before withholding payment, or just the 12.
