Whether you continue payments or not is really up to you and your situation.
The time scale of 12 days doesn't allow or prohibit you from making payments at any point. That is always your choice to make.
If you were to stop making payments and the company later provides a valid and enforceable CCA, will you have harmed your own position?
BTW, it appears that the 'one month' (sometimes misquoted here as 30 days) section of the Act has now been repealed meaning that there is no longer an offence committed after the extra month. The 12 days part still applies in full though.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Fair point on the payments and 12 days, im just looking from the point of view that the debt is unenforceable, unless a valid agreement pops up. As for harming my position, I intended to use this "extra" money to reduce other debts. From what I have read on here, if the debt is unenforceable, interest cannot be added so it wont actually increase - hope this is right. if it become later apsires that it is enforceable, i hope to have a few xtra quid to throw at it.
As previously stated, (not that anyone has said otherwise) I intend to pay the debt, just not the extortionate interest rate.No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Also, just noticed, should the date CCA is signed by the company match the date of account opening or could this be few days either way?No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
