Can someone reassure me I am not losing it please.

I have moved house twice this year and now I feel my brain is fried. Doing basic things is very difficult.

I have had colds and feel stressed by niggly things.
    An average day in my life:hello: :eek::mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T :o :rotfl: :rotfl: :p :eek::mad: :beer:
I am no expert in property but have lived in many types of homes, in many locations and can only talk from experience.

hi ccstar, your not losing it hun, your just feeling tired and run down, house moving is very stressful doing once, let alone twice in the same year.
take some rest and time out just for you

    :hello: Everyone,

Hope all is well,I am fine, went out today to Asda after having lunch at mums and did a basic food shop :) at least this time I didnt go over budget so I was delighted.I got 8x330ml cans of pop 2 for £3 so I got them as they were a bargain to me so carried home 16 cans in my strong jute bag, dont know how I managed it all but I did.

Now I am relaxing for the rest of the evening, heated up my flat as when I got home it was cold so popped on heating for 10 minutes and now the flat is warm and snug.CCStar you are not losing it as Shaz said take some time out for you *hugs* look after NO1 and that is you :)

*hugs* to those that need one

hi katie, you must be strong to carry all those cans of pop home. i struggle just carrying the shopping from the car, and usually get the lads to help me.

had a good day today, the lad i went out for lunch with yesterday has asked me out to the cinema next week, and i said yes. and i went shopping with my support worker, and bought a lovely new top to go out in, not that i need an excuse for new clothes lol,

    hugs all

CCStar, I know exactly how you feel. Im not surprised that you feel that way after moving house twice - very stressful! I have had that fried brain feeling too and the slightest thing that goes wrong is just too much for me to cope with. I feel as though I can't do basic everyday things and can't even answer the phone/door.

As others have said, be kind to yourself and have plenty of me time. Have relaxing baths, treat yourself to choccies or whatever makes you feel comforted and forget chores that don't really matter.
  • hello all, from chilly towers- boiler on the blink, still waiting for council to come and fix, for 2nd time this year..??

this time there was a lot of water dripping out the bottom, so turned off dompletely- didnt want to risk electrocuting meself as well!

i thnk we all need to shuffle our feet at once, and move the UK a bit further south- ie, somewhere warmer (certainly notice lack of C/H when autum comes around..)

had a couple of job sniffs, nothing back yet re interviews.. so I guess its another duvet on top, tonight!
Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..

I agree, Brightonman. Im always saying that I think we should drag the UK down the sea southwards. That way all the rain could just go straight to France and would miss us most of the time and we would have lovely sunshine!:D

Ccstar, you're not losing it darl. As Shaz said, you're just run down and tired. Moving house is supposed to be one the most stressful events in our lives. Once is bad enough, but doing it twice must be a hell of a lot worse.
    *hugs* to you hun.

Hehe. So apparently if/when I have kids the girls names that they might be given include:

    Giovanna Kelsey
    Keira Isla Tegan
    Zariah Elise
    Cerys Zia
    Amelie Isabel
    Mia Savannah

I chose the best ones. The rest were too bland for me.lol.
First born will be called Erin-Rose though. My fav name of all time.
