Please help, I think laptop's got a virus!

    I've lost count of the amount of times, on this board alone, that I have read that AVG has allowed a virus or Trojan to install itself.

    If you REALLY don't have any money, try Avira or Avast.

    AntiVirus software can be obtained relatively cheaply these days through various channels, such as eBay etc.

    AVG just appears too unreliable.

    On my Home computers I use ESET and Kaspersky products. On my laptop I use Zone Alarm Internet Security.
